Returns & Replacements
We accept return or replacement requests only in the following cases:
- Damaged product received
- Leaking bottle
- Defective product
- Incorrect product delivered
Claim Requirements
To initiate a claim:
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- A clear unboxing video and photographs of the product and packaging are required.
- Claims without proper proof will not be accepted.
Once the claim is verified by our team, an eligible replacement or refund will be processed accordingly.
No Return / No Refund
Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted for:
- Opened or used products
- Fragrance preference or change of mind
- Minor variations in colour or aroma of natural ingredients
- Products purchased during special promotions or sale periods
- Claims submitted without valid proof
